A viral video has shown the moment the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, is seen dancing and celebrating following the awarding of an Honorary Doctor of Science degree from University of Port Harcourt on Saturday.
The celebratory moment, which has since gone viral on social media, took place on UNIPORTโs campus in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, during the universityโs convocation.
In the video, Wike is seen surrounded by supporters and dignitaries, visibly moved and expressing joy through energetic dance steps shortly after the honour was bestowed on him.
Wike, a former Governor of Rivers State and an alumnus of UNIPORT, was recognised for his contributions to public service, urban development, and infrastructural transformation both in Rivers State and in the FCT.
