A terrorist commander, boasting about recent mass abductions in Kebbi and Niger states, threatened in a viral video to begin kidnapping military officers, governors, and President Bola Tinubu.
An alleged terrorist commander has issued a new video threatening Nigeria’s leadership, declaring that after kidnapping students in Kebbi and Niger, “next time, we will be kidnapping Nigerian military officers… we will kidnap the President, and others.”
Wearing what appeared to be a Nigerian military jacket, he boasted about earlier operations and dismissed recent arrests, saying the government had failed to protect citizens. He claimed Nigerians should rely on divine protection, adding, “The government cannot secure you.
You people should return to God to protect you, answer your wishes, and wipe the tears from your eyes.” His threats come days after coordinated attacks on schools in both states, where terrorists abducted more than 100 students and teachers and left communities in fear.
