Fuji music star Wasiu Ayinde has officially declared his interest in the vacant traditional stool of the Awujale of Ijebuland. He submitted a letter citing his ancestral lineage as a key qualification for the position.
The Fusengbuwa ruling house acknowledged receiving Ayinde’s letter of interest. Its chairman stated the selection process is underway and will conclude peacefully within weeks, guided by customary and state laws.
