US Congresswoman tells Joe Rogan lawmakers have evidence of ‘interdimensional beings’

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna tells Joe Rogan she has seen photos of UFOs in a classified setting and is “very confident there’s things out there that have not been created by mankind.”

In a world increasingly captivated by the search for truth in the stars, U.S. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna has brought the conversation crashing back down to Earth—or perhaps, into another dimension entirely. Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Luna, a Florida Republican and a key figure in the push for government transparency, made a series of claims that are, by any measure, extraordinary. As chair of the newly established House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, Luna asserted that she has viewed photographic evidence and spoken with credible sources who suggest we are not alone, and that the beings in question are not just from another planet, but from a different reality altogether.

Luna’s interest in the subject is far from theoretical. During her time as an airfield manager at Portland International Guard, she met F-15 pilots who had encounters with what the government now calls Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs). While she did not witness these events firsthand, the experience left a lasting impression. Now, with access to classified materials inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Luna’s perspective has evolved into a deeply unsettling conviction. “There’s definitely something that I can tell you with confidence, that we don’t know how to explain currently,” she told Rogan.

The most provocative of Luna’s claims centers on the nature of these beings. She believes they are not just extraterrestrial, but “interdimensional,” with the ability to transcend our understanding of physical reality. “They call them interdimensional beings,” she stated, adding that she thinks they “can operate through the time spaces that we currently have.” This idea, once relegated to the realm of science fiction, is now being discussed by a U.S. lawmaker with access to some of the nation’s deepest secrets. She also believes that this has allowed the U.S. government to reverse-engineer technology from these crafts. Luna recounted incidents where “very credible people have reported that there have been movements outside of time and space,” lending further credence to her theory.

The congresswoman’s remarks also served as a pointed critique of the intelligence community’s long history of secrecy. She accused authorities of a “disinformation campaign” designed to silence those who dare to ask questions. “When you have thousands upon thousands of people throughout time that have reported something, to say that those people are crazy, to say that the whole concept of just asking the question [may mean] that you are not psychologically sound, that in itself is a disinformation campaign to get people to shut up about it,” she said. This secrecy, she argues, is driven by a “protective complex” from authorities who fear the American people “may not be able to handle the realities of the truth.” Luna noted that “the U.S. government has not exactly been clean in a lot of what they’ve done with the American people, specifically to the topic of UFOs.”

This conversation comes at a time of heightened public and political interest in UAPs. A recent YouGov poll found that a majority of Americans—53 percent—believe aliens definitely or probably exist. High-profile figures like Vice President JD Vance have also publicly voiced their curiosity about the phenomena. Luna’s role leading the new task force, which has also delved into historical mysteries like the JFK assassination, positions her at the forefront of a growing movement for government transparency.

While the Department of Defense’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has released reports stating they have “no empirical evidence of alien technology” and “no evidence of extraterrestrial beings, activity, or technology,” Luna and her task force are pushing for more answers. They believe that the truth lies not in what the government has officially released, but in the classified files and first-hand accounts that are still being kept from the public. Her work, and the sensational claims she is making, suggest that the quest to understand UAPs is no longer a fringe movement, but a serious political issue with potentially earth-shattering implications.
