UEFA has released the fixtures and kick-off times for the 2025/26 Champions League league phase, confirming several high-profile clashes under the new competition format. The schedule, published after Thursday’s draw, features Chelsea hosting Barcelona on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, at 21:00 CET, while Arsenal face Bayern Munich a day later at the Emirates Stadium.
Matchday One will see Bayern Munich welcome Chelsea in a repeat of the 2012 Champions League final, while Barcelona host Paris Saint-Germain on October 1 in the standout tie of Matchday Two. Liverpool will meet long-time rivals Real Madrid at Anfield on November 5, the same night Paris Saint-Germain take on Bayern Munich.
The league phase, now in its second year, replaces the traditional group stage with a single 36-team table. Each team plays eight different opponents, with the top eight advancing directly to the round of 16. Clubs finishing 9th to 24th will contest play-offs for a place in the knockouts.
