The bill restricts signatory authority to Directors of Finance and Administration, prohibiting political office holders from this role to prevent interference. Speaker Adewale Egbedun will transmit the bill to Governor Ademola Adeleke for assent, anticipating enhanced financial prudence and service delivery.
