Nigerian Air Force plane makes emergency landing in Burkina Faso

One of the 11 Nigerian Air Force personnel confirms that their aircraft made an emergency landing in Burkina Faso due to a technical fault during its flight to Portugal. He added that they’ve been able to fix the issue.

He made this known during a meeting between the Air Force personnel and the Nigerian delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar.

During the meeting, Tuggar conveyed President Tinubu’s message to the Air Force personnel and also revealed that the military ruler of Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traoré, offered to provide technical assistance if needed by the Nigerian government.
