Nigeria’s PiCNG has attracted over $2 billion in private sector investments for its CNG subsector, aiming for $5 billion by 2027. This was announced by Ismaeel Ahmed, PiCNG’s Executive Chairman, in Abuja.
Launched by President Bola Tinubu, the program expanded CNG infrastructure, increasing conversion centres from seven to 369 and refuelling stations from 20 to 68 licensed facilities, creating 80,000 jobs.
