The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) has expressed deep sympathy to its members and residents of Ifon-Osun, Erin-Osun, and Ilobu communities over the recurring communal conflict in that part of Osun State.
The society acknowledged the distress and hardship caused by the unrest and called for an immediate end to hostilities.
In a heartfelt appeal, NASFAT President, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, consoled the affected people, expressing his concern for their well-being. He emphasized the devastating consequences of war and urged all parties involved to prioritize peace. “We are pleading with our people and all stakeholders to give peace a chance because the aftermath of war is always disastrous,” he stated.
