Elon Musk has slammed California Gov. Gavin Newsom after the governor’s press office mocked him, saying, “We’re sorry your daughter hates you, Elon.” The remark followed a clip from Musk’s America PAC highlighting Newsom’s boast about passing more pro-trans laws than any other governor. Musk replied on X, “I assume you’re referring to my son, Xavier, who has a tragic mental illness caused by the evil woke mind virus you push on vulnerable children,” adding, “I love Xavier very much and hope he recovers.”
Musk clarified that his daughters, Azure, Exa and Arcadia, “do indeed love me very much.” His estranged child, who now goes by Vivian Jenna Wilson, legally changed her name and gender in 2022 and has publicly distanced herself from him, calling him “cartoonishly evil.” Wilson has since pursued a modeling and media career, including a Teen Vogue cover, and has claimed to be broke after severing ties with her father.
