Manchester United have announced the departure of head coach Ruben Amorim, the club confirmed on Monday. Amorim, who was appointed in November 2024, leaves after guiding the team to the UEFA Europa League final in Bilbao in May.
The club, currently sixth in the Premier League, stated that the decision was made to give United the best chance of achieving the highest possible league finish this season.
