The Nigeria Police Force has said it is still collating the names of victims abducted during the recent mass abduction in Kaduna State, noting that investigations into the incident are ongoing. The Force Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed this on Wednesday during an interview on Politics Today, a programme aired on Channels Television.
Hundeyin said the police currently have an estimated number of victims but are yet to conclude the verification of identities, explaining that the absence of surveillance infrastructure in the area poses challenges to the investigation. He assured that the police would provide updates to the public as soon as more credible information becomes available.
