Labour Party (LP) National Chairman Julius Abure has praised the party’s recently concluded congresses across 35 states, which led to the emergence of new leaders. Abure highlighted the transparent internal democratic process that allowed members to freely elect their leaders.
The congresses, monitored by INEC and security agencies, received commendation for their transparency. Abure confirmed the party’s readiness for the 2027 general election and urged support for newly elected state executives.
