Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo stated that the current wave of abductions in Nigeria is a politically motivated attempt to undermine President Bola Tinubu, a strategy he claims was previously effective against former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Speaking in Benin City, Okpebholo insisted that this plot will fail against Tinubu. His comments coincide with recent bandit attacks, including the abduction of worshippers in Kwara and residents in Kano State.
