FirstPower Electricity Distribution Limited has announced a three-hour power outage in parts of Anambra State this Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 10 am to 1 pm. This is to facilitate transformer installation and feeder reconfiguration by the Transmission Company of Nigeria at the Onitsha Transmission Station.
Several 33KV and 11KV feeders, including those serving Army Barracks, Awada, and Nnewi, will be affected. FirstPower expressed regret for the inconvenience, stating the work aims to improve service reliability across the region.
