The Federal Government received N645.4 billion, States N607.4 billion, LGs N444.9 billion, and oil-producing states got N120.8 billion as derivation.

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has shared N1.818 trillion among the Federal Government, States, and Local Government Councils as June 2025 revenue—up 9.6% from N1.659 trillion in May.

This was revealed in a statement by Bawa Mokwa, Director of Press at the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation.

The FAAC communiqué showed the revenue included N1.018 trillion from statutory sources, N631.5 billion from VAT, N29.1 billion from Electronic Money Transfer Levy, and N38.8 billion from exchange differences. An additional N100 billion augmentation came from non-mineral revenues.

The Federal Government received N645.4 billion, States N607.4 billion, LGs N444.9 billion, and oil-producing states got N120.8 billion as derivation.

Boosted by surges in Companies Income Tax (CIT) and Petroleum Profit Tax (PPT), gross statutory revenue hit N3.485 trillion, up from N2.094 trillion in May.

However, VAT revenue dipped by N64.6 billion to N678.1 billion, reflecting weak consumer spending and imports.
