Former Miss Universe Nigeria Chidimma Adetshina has expressed excitement at the end of her reign and revealed her interest in joining BBNaija 2026 after being prevented from participating in the season 10 edition.
Former Miss Universe Nigeria, Chidimma Adetshina, has announced that with her reign now officially over, she is setting her sights on the 2026 edition of BBNaija, revealing in a video that her management stopped her from participating in the recently concluded season 10 because she was still a titleholder.
Expressing gratitude for her time in Nigeria, she said, “I really enjoyed my stay in Nigeria… there are so many opportunities in Nigeria. I also wanted to do Big Brother next year.”
Adetshina, whose tenure ended in August 2025 when Onyinyechi Basil was crowned the new queen, added that she plans to return to Nigeria once her documents are sorted.
Her revelation sparked mixed reactions online, with some supporters urging her to pursue the opportunity and others advising her against the reality show.
The former beauty queen, who previously stepped away from pageantry to focus on her education after her Miss Universe 2024 run, said she intends to share more details about her experiences during her reign.
