The exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) players sell a dollar for ₦1370 and buy at ₦1350 on Tuesday 24th February, 2026, according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC).
The exchange rate for the U.S. dollar to the naira at the Lagos Parallel (Black) Market on Sunday, December 28, 2025, shows traders selling at ₦1,370 per dollar and buying at ₦1,350 per dollar, according to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources.
However, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not officially recognize the parallel or black market. The CBN has advised individuals seeking foreign exchange to conduct transactions through their respective banks.
