The Defence Headquarters announced that Nigerian troops rescued 318 kidnapped victims and arrested 74 suspects in November. These operations targeted terrorism, oil theft, and other criminal activities nationwide.
Maj. Gen. Michael Onoja confirmed these figures, also noting that 69 terrorists surrendered in the North-East. Troops prevented over N217 million in oil theft, dismantling 16 illegal refining sites, while armed forces work to rescue abducted students.
