Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade sparked outrage after arguing that undocumented immigrants “don’t deserve” due process before being removed from the country.
Critics on social media slammed the remark as “chilling.”
During Monday’s episode of “Fox & Friends.” Kilmeade dismissed the feasibility of holding legal proceedings for the millions of unauthorized immigrants living in the U.S.
“It’s not practical to think that we can do due process,” Kilmeade said while discussing President Donald Trump’s hardline immigration policies. Trump vowed to deport millions during his 2024 campaign.
“If we are going to give these guys a day in court and a lawyer, we can’t do it. They don’t deserve it,” Kilmeade added. “Our system doesn’t need to be double burdened.”
