The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the removal of all cash deposit limits for bank customers. This policy shift is coupled with an increase in weekly withdrawal thresholds for both individuals and corporate entities.
Individual customers can now withdraw up to N500,000 weekly, while corporate bodies have a new limit of N5 million per week. These measures aim to enhance liquidity and streamline financial transactions.
