“No, I don’t unfortunately,” Bimbo Akintola said when asked if she had children
Nollywood actress Bimbo Akintola has revealed she is single and without children at the age of 52. In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, the award-winning actress confirmed, “No, I don’t unfortunately,” when asked about having children.
She added that her single status was “not chosen oo.” Born May 5, 1973, the Lagos native began her career in 1995 with Owo Blow alongside Femi Adebayo, before starring in Out of Bounds (1997) with Richard Mofe-Damijo.
A graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan, Akintola attended Maryland Convent Private School and Command Day Secondary School. She recently featured in Kemi Adetiba’s series To Kill a Monkey, playing Inspector Mo Ogunlesi.
