Anambra State Government announced plans for 10,000 low-cost housing units in Isiagu, Awka South, targeting civil servants and low-income earners. The Public–Private Partnership project will begin in the dry season after resolving earlier bureaucratic delays.
Commissioner for Housing, Paully Onyeka, confirmed Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s approval for the initiative. The project aims to improve housing deficits and leverages new infrastructure to open up viable development locations.
