Suspects include an ex-convict and the alleged principal receiver, Alhaji Jazuli Adamu, apprehended in Kano with cash for more stolen cars. An accomplice, Alhaji Abdulkarim Ibrahim, who resells vehicles in Niger Republic, remains at large.
