2027: Bauchi LP members urged to close ranks, work together

Members of various support groups for the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 General Elections in Bauchi State have been urged to unite and collaborate in order to build a strong party.

This call was made on Saturday during an Iftar (fast-breaking meal) organized for members, particularly Muslims observing the Holy Month of Ramadan, which coincided with the 40 days of Christian Lent.

The Chairman of the State NLC Commission, Comrade Sani Garba, emphasized that unity of purpose, mutual understanding, and collaboration are essential for the LP to become a formidable opposition force, which has been lacking in the country.

He expressed optimism about the LP’s future in the nation’s political landscape, highlighting its widespread presence across the country and noting that what is needed is proper coordination.
