A 14-year-old boy, Daniel, was rescued by Benue State Civil Protection Guards on Friday. He was abducted along the Oweto–Otukpo route and abandoned by his captors in Egla, Agatu LGA.
The victim, a student from Nasarawa State, has been handed over to the Nigerian Police for further investigation and family tracing. Residents are asked to assist in locating his parents.
